Overview
This Return and Refund Policy describes when refunds may be available for Omniport subscription purchases.
Subscription refunds
Unless required by applicable law or agreed in writing, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact contact@omniport.app within 14 days of the charge with your account email and invoice details.
Eligible refund cases
We may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion in cases such as:
- Duplicate or incorrect billing
- Extended service outage caused by Omniport
- Cancellation within any published money-back trial period shown at purchase
Non-refundable items
Custom enterprise setup fees, third-party pass-through costs, and usage overages are typically non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email contact@omniport.app from your registered address with the subject “Refund request”, including your organization name, billing date, and reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve billing issues directly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.
