By accessing omniport.app or using Omniport services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
Services
Omniport provides software for omnichannel customer support, including AI-assisted workflows, ticketing, and related features. Features and availability may change as we improve the platform.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with other users, or violate applicable laws.
- No unauthorized access or security testing without permission
- No spam, harassment, or unlawful content sent through the platform
- No reverse engineering except where permitted by law
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout or in your order form. Fees are non-refundable except where stated in our Return and Refund Policy or required by law.
Intellectual property
Omniport and its licensors own all rights in the software, branding, and site content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service during an active subscription.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Omniport is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or non-payment. You may cancel according to your plan terms. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
